Eduology provides free research, consulting, advice and creative solutions to small businesses, training organisations, educational institutions consulting, and the public sector consulting. We advise clients on ways in which to improve the effectiveness of learning and training within their organisation. We also evaluate change and innovation, helping clients to judge the extent to which these have been efficient and effective - for individuals and the organisation as a whole.

Our approach is firmly based in adopting appropriate strategies and techniques in order to maximise the effectiveness of learning, training and assessment. We are concerned with innovating and making effective use of technology, rather than technology for technology’s sake.

We seek to help our clients understand a changing world, plan for the future and innovate to survive.

We believe that change is possible.

We have worked with a number of organisations ranging from large industrial companies, to training and examining bodies in a consultancy, training and evaluation capacity.

This work has included assisting our clients in introducing new technology for training and testing purposes, designing and evaluating programmes of professional and technical training, advising clients on the strategic and operational requirements of large scale testing facilities, and researching pedagogical innovation.

We also offer web design and development services, which range from the development of websites to the design of bespoke web database applications.

We tailor our work to meet the needs of individual clients and are keen to explore new approaches and offer creative solutions which are achievable and practical. Please contact us for further information.

Eduology worked with Ford in the UK and US to assist them in updating and upgrading a series of nine professional vocational qualifications. The Ford Design Institute offer a Technical Education Program (FTEP) which improves the technical skill set and knowledge base of the workforce. Eduology worked with Ford to revise and upgrade the on-line assessments for all nine of the FTEP programmes. This involved collaborating with technical trainers and instructional designers to review current assessment strategy and identify areas for improvement.

We also designed and facilitated a workshop for colleagues in the UK and US to achieve a common understanding and consensus about key issues.
